In the fast-paced world of deadlines and digital demands, it’s easy to forget the importance of taking a break. As part of Mental Health Awareness Week, there’s no better time to highlight a simple but powerful habit: going for a walk together at lunchtime! The Dragonfly Development New Builds team have been doing just that; making the most of the beautiful weather and stunning surroundings in the Bolsover area.




Taking a midday stroll with colleagues does more than stretches your legs. It offers a valuable chance to disconnect from screens, reduce stress, and recharge both mentally and physically. Walking side by side promotes natural conversation, helping to strengthen relationships and improve communication without the pressure of meetings or agendas.
