Spring clean at Pleasley Vale Mills

A team of 20 people completed a Spring Clean litter pick at the Pleasley Vale Mills Business Park site this weekend. Officers from Dragonfly Management, tenants and residents came together to collect items that had accumulated on the large industrial site, along with fly-tipped waste, and unwanted office items.

Lorri Darby, Sally Lovell, and Ellis Green (pictured) said that people walking through the site were keen to get involved in further events.

Pleasley Vale is a friendly, bustling business park set in the Vale’s landmark stone mills, with affordable spaces for all sorts of companies. The site benefits from excellent facilities including on-site parking, security, a café and meeting rooms.

The mill complex is shared with the Pleasley Vale Outdoor Activity Centre, which offers a whole range of outdoor and water sports activities. It’s the perfect place to try new activities, year-round, and offers team building days too.

Try anything from canoeing, kayaking or raft building to caving, climbing and bush craft. Or just hire a mountain bike and head off into the beautiful Bolsover countryside.
